  • After 2 hours, if the order has not yet been dispatched, we may still be able to help – please contact us immediately
  • Once dispatched, modifications are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our Refund and Returns Policy

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your Teraform Vessel Off White Set:

  1. Check with neighbors or others at your address
  2. Wait 2 business days (carriers sometimes mark delivered early)
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. If still not found, email us at support@luxuryfy.shop

We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement (your choice).

Damaged Packages

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We cannot ship to:
