Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage during transit), we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, ordered by mistake, no longer wanted), you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refunds

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned Teraform Vessel Off White Set, our team will inspect it within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days after the approval date. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or other method used at checkout via Stripe).

Exchanges

  2. Wait for your refund to be processed (within 2 days after approval)
  3. Place a new order for the desired item on our website

Damaged or Defective Items

Cancellations

  • Once the order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies (30-day return window, customer pays return shipping unless it was our error)
